At Chichibio, hospitality is a family affair

Osteria di Chichibio was born from a shared dream — a family project rooted in the seafaring traditions of Puglia and a love for good cuisine. It was the Bianchi family, with Vito as the founding father and soul of the kitchen, who gave the restaurant its identity, passing on a passion for the sea and respect for tradition. For nearly thirty years, the Bianchi family safeguarded the Osteria, transforming it into a benchmark for seafood cuisine in Puglia. Over time, many guests have taken their seats at its tables, many of whom have become regulars and true friends of the house.

Thus, Osteria di Chichibio has become a true meeting place for lovers of Apulian seafood cuisine — but above all, a warm and familiar space where everyone feels at home.

Since the summer of 2024, Osteria di Chichibio has had two new custodians: Massimiliano and Vittoria. And so, the tradition of the family dream continues. Husband and wife before being business partners, they are inspired by an idea of heartfelt hospitality, made of small gestures and attention to detail. With a shared goal but very different personalities: Massimo, a generous host, has been up since dawn dealing with suppliers and fishermen, meticulously seeking raw materials that meet the expectations of the Osteria’s most discerning guests. Vittoria welcomes guests with her warm smile and elegance, making everyone feel at home.
